Every panel and piece of text is completely customisable, so if you’re unsure about anything, just drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
Your form then goes straight to one of our talented designers, who will create your first draft. You can chat back and forth and make unlimited changes to wording until it’s absolutely perfect.
As soon as you approve your final design, we print it the same day and dispatch the next working day (if approved by 5 pm UK time, Mon–Fri).

HOW TO ORDER

2. Place your order through Etsy.
3. Send your invitation wording, preferred colours and venue photograph through Etsy Messages or by email.
4. We will create your personalised design and send you a digital proof.
5. Check the proof carefully and let us know if any amendments are required.
6. Once you have approved the final design, your invitations will be professionally printed and prepared for dispatch.
PROOFING
A digital proof will always be supplied before printing. Nothing will be printed until you have confirmed that you are completely happy with the design.
Please check all names, dates, times, addresses, spelling and contact details carefully. Once the final proof has been approved, changes may not be possible.

• As these invitations are made to order and personalised, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a printing error on our part.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the order process work?
After you have placed your order we email an online personalisation form to fill in. Once we have your submitted form our designer will get to work on your proof and will email the proof within 24 hours (usually much less). You can then reply with unlimited changes and we will email an updated draft. Once approved they are dispatched within 1-2 days.
How long does it take to dispatch orders?
Once the draft is approved for print they are dispatched within 1-2 days
Can I make changes once I receive my draft?
Yes, you can make unlimited changes to your draft. Simply reply to the email with your changes and our designer will email an updated draft for approval.
Can I have them in another language?
Yes, we can print in different languages. Please provide the wording in the language you would like them.
How do I select optional extras?
Optional extras like card upgrades, timeline icons, envelope printing and guest name printing can all be selected on the personalisation form we email after placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders they are sent Royal Mail tracked 24 unless you have purchased a sample which is sent 1st class.
USA orders are sent via UPS which takes 2-3 days to arrive if ordering more than 70. For orders less than 70 they are sent International tracked which takes 5-10 days or standard post if purchasing a sample which take approx 5-14 days.
European orders are sent via UPS which takes 2-3 days to arrive if ordering more than 70. For orders less than 70 they are sent International tracked which takes 3-7 days or standard post if purchasing a sample which take approx 4-10 days.
Australian orders are sent using International tracked which takes approx 10-14 days to arrive. For order more than 70 concertina they are sent via UPS 5-7 days.
